The budget dedicated to the creation and execution of our safety policy is comparatively high, indicating the importance placed on matters of safety. Apposite documents, such as the DVR-DUVR, are regularly revised and updated based on the latest rules and regulations. Personnel are constantly updated with courses on fire prevention for workers dealing in activities with low fire risk, and first aid courses for our safety and protection supervisors.

In addition, all contracts signed with suppliers stipulate a strict respect for all environmental regulations. Moreover, the suppliers hired agree to undergo regular inspections throughout the duration of a project. The selection criteria used for suppliers vary according to the services required. These criteria might include direct auditing or auditing performed by a third party, examination of documented histories of satisfied Clients, and evaluation through personal knowledge of their work ethics. Verifying that our suppliers have the proper certifications is also an important decisive factor, however, having also had negative experiences with certified suppliers we remain cautious in assessing supplier credentials based on their certifications. All of our suppliers, based on the direct experiences we have had with them, are subsequently ranked as partners, trusted suppliers, regular suppliers, or occasional suppliers. On the basis of this ranking we are able to construct the KENFOSTER control system, assuring ourselves and the client that the regulations and predetermined standards we have set for the project shall be respected. The inspection methods and percentage of products inspected are determined according to the typology of products being produced and the trust ranking which has been allocated to the supplier. Furthermore, based on the trust ranking given to the supplier and the nature of the products being produced, these inspections may be of a visual, numerical, or qualitative nature. COVID-19 - KENFOSTER PROTECTS

Continuing to provide a safe environment for all our people, suppliers, clients

- KENFOSTER people receive continuous and comprehensive training on hygiene and cleanliness standards.

- KENFOSTER has established procedures to ensure the regular deep cleaning of its spaces and other properties. Additional antibacterial disinfectant products are being supplied and will be regularly used throughout the day to ensure surfaces are clean to prevent the spread of Covid-19. These measures are in addition to our hygiene and cleanliness protocols which already mandate good hand hygiene, supplying handwashing facilities, as well as alcohol-based hand sanitizers, and strict guidance on regular hand washing throughout the day. Our protocols is subject to regular audits.

- Enhanced Protocols – KENFOSTER people are well-trained to identify the symptoms of Covid-19, and have been instructed not to come to work if they are feeling unwell or had contact with anyone who is suspected or confirmed as having Covid-19. As an added precaution, all our people will be temperature screened before starting work. If someone is displaying any symptoms relating to the virus, they will be sent home with the assistance of our medical doctor.

- Third party office entry - Additionally, we will be asking third people to undergo a temperature-check upon arrival and to complete a thorough registration form. If, on arrival, someone is showing a high temperature, or any other symptoms consistent with Covid-19, our medical doctor will be informed and suitable onward care will be arranged.

- Safety and smart work - We will continue to explore and make use of digital technology so that we can provide our people the possibility to be productive and near the clients without come to the office. As far as possible, our people will work from afar and from distance.

- Partnering with our suppliers. We will continue to work closely with our most relevant partners Co. to support them in developping high safety standards and have them regularly audited so that our client can trust that we are meeting protocols at the highest possible level.
