Apposite documents, such as the DVR-DUVR, are regularly revised and updated based on the latest rules and regulations. Personnel are constantly updated with courses on fire prevention for workers dealing in activities with low fire risk, and first aid courses for our safety and protection supervisors.

COVID-19 - KENFOSTER PROTECTS
Continuing to provide a safe environment for all our people, suppliers, clients
- KENFOSTER people receive continuous and comprehensive training on hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- KENFOSTER has established procedures to ensure the regular deep cleaning of its spaces and other properties. Additional antibacterial disinfectant products are being supplied and will be regularly used throughout the day to ensure surfaces are clean to prevent the spread of Covid-19. These measures are in addition to our hygiene and cleanliness protocols which already mandate good hand hygiene, supplying handwashing facilities, as well as alcohol-based hand sanitizers, and strict guidance on regular hand washing throughout the day. Our protocols is subject to regular audits.
- Enhanced Protocols – KENFOSTER people are well-trained to identify the symptoms of Covid-19, and have been instructed not to come to work if they are feeling unwell or had contact with anyone who is suspected or confirmed as having Covid-19. As an added precaution, all our people will be temperature screened before starting work. If someone is displaying any symptoms relating to the virus, they will be sent home with the assistance of our medical doctor.
- Third party office entry - Additionally, we will be asking third people to undergo a temperature-check upon arrival and to complete a thorough registration form. If, on arrival, someone is showing a high temperature, or any other symptoms consistent with Covid-19, our medical doctor will be informed and suitable onward care will be arranged.
- Safety and smart work - We will continue to explore and make use of digital technology so that we can provide our people the possibility to be productive and near the clients without come to the office. As far as possible, our people will work from afar and from distance.
- Partnering with our suppliers. We will continue to work closely with our most relevant partners Co. to support them in developping high safety standards and have them regularly audited so that our client can trust that we are meeting protocols at the highest possible level.
